• We accept online payments only via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Order Confirmation & Delivery

• Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
• Your order will be packed and shipped within X business days (mention your estimated delivery time).
• A tracking number will be shared to monitor your shipment status.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• General Returns: Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Damaged Product Returns: If your item arrives damaged, submit proof before unboxing and initiate a return within 3 days.
• Refund for Damaged Items: The delivery charge will be refunded as a discount on your next purchase.
• Other Returns: If returning for reasons other than damage, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
